How to Apply

1.  Create an Account
To begin the online application process, please click the “Create an Account” tab at the top of this page.  From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2.  Start Application
Click on the “Application” tab at the top of this page to begin the online application.  You have the flexibility to log in and out of your account without losing your data as it will autosave.  There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.  Please be sure that all requested documents are required to be uploaded so we may fully review your child's application and complete their admissions file.

3.  Review, Submit & Pay Application Fee:
Once all required fields of the online application are complete, you must select “Review & Submit.” You will then be instructed to securely pay the $70 non-refundable application fee.

Please note: Many forget the final step which is to “Review & Submit.”  You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been submitted and received by WCA.  If you do not, it is not submitted, and you have not completed all the steps.

We appreciate your interest and hope to assist you any way we can. If you have questions, please feel free to contact the WCA Admissions Office at 386-767-5451 ext. 292 for grades K5-12.
